Despite rumors and what others might be saying, Datapacks do not break servers. Currently our server is updated to 1.21.5 with all DP's (Datapacks) removed and running without issue. The DP's are removed due to dev's not having them updated yet to 1.21.5. As they become available, the DP's will be added in, until then, enjoy Tinkerscraft in its vanilla form. Maybe try installing Fabric and use what 1.21.5 mods and resource packs are available to use.
